For locations outside our standard delivery zone, an additional delivery fee may apply. Please contact us before booking to confirm availability and any applicable charges.
Delivery & Setup
Our team will arrive 1–2 hours prior to your event start time to deliver and fully set up all rented items. Pickup will be scheduled after your event ends at a mutually agreed time.
Please ensure the following before our arrival:

A clear, flat, accessible area for setup (grass or concrete are both acceptable)

A standard power outlet within 100 feet for all inflatable units

Clear vehicle access to the setup location

All pets secured away from the setup and play area

Any sprinkler systems in the setup area turned off
Delivery and full setup/takedown is included in your rental fee. You don’t need to lift a finger.
