We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business

More than 72 hours before even | Full refund of deposit |
24–72 hours before event | 50% of deposit retained; remainder refunded |
Less than 24 hours before event | Deposit forfeited; no refund |
Same-day / no-show | Full rental amount charged; no refund |
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your event at no charge if you notify us more than 72 hours in advance and a mutually available date is confirmed. Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.
G’s Inflatables Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to equipment failure, staffing emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to reschedule at your preference.
