Terms & Conditions
1. Payment. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due in full prior to or upon delivery. G’s Inflatables accepts [cash / card / Zelle / Venmo — update as applicable]. All prices include applicable sales tax.
2. Supervision. An adult (18+) must supervise all inflatable use at all times. Children must never be left unattended on or near any inflatable equipment. The Customer assumes full responsibility for supervising all guests.
3. Capacity & Use. All equipment must be used within posted weight and capacity limits. Flipping, roughhousing, climbing on exterior walls, or use of sharp objects, silly string, or face paint near or on inflatables is strictly prohibited.
4. Damage. The Customer is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow G’s Inflatables’ guidelines. Normal wear and tear is accepted. Damage costs will be assessed based on repair or replacement value.
5. Setup Requirements. The Customer is responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible, and level setup area as described in Section 1. G’s Inflatables reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are deemed unsafe.
6. Liability Waiver. The Customer agrees that G’s Inflatables, its owners, and employees shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use of rented equipment, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of G’s Inflatables. Use of all equipment is at the Customer’s own risk.
7. Weather & Cancellation. The Customer agrees to the Weather Policy (Section 3) and Cancellation Policy (Section 2) as outlined in this document.
8. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Williamson County, Texas.
