We take pride in providing our customers with clean, well-maintained bouncy houses for their events. In order to ensure that each bouncy house is clean and sanitized for each rental, we have implemented a thorough cleaning policy.

After each rental, our delivery team will inspect the bouncy house and clean it with a non-toxic, environmentally-friendly cleaner to remove dirt and debris. We will also sanitize the bouncy house to ensure that it is free of germs and bacteria.

In the event that the bouncy house requires additional cleaning due to excessive dirt or damage caused by the customer, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the customer's security deposit or charged separately if no security deposit was collected.

Please note that customers are responsible for removing any large debris, such as leaves or branches, from the area where the bouncy house will be set up prior to delivery. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.

We ask that customers refrain from using any cleaning products on the bouncy house, as this can cause damage to the material. If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of your bouncy house rental, please contact us immediately and we will address the issue as quickly as possible.

We are committed to providing our customers with a clean and safe rental experience, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain our high standards.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that could result in the cancellation of your bouncy house rental. In the event that you need to cancel your rental, we ask that you please notify us as soon as possible.

If you cancel your rental at least 48 hours before the start time of your rental, you will receive a full refund of your rental fee. If you cancel your rental within 48 hours of the start time of your rental, we will refund 50% of your rental fee.

Please note that if you cancel your rental after our delivery team has already arrived at the rental location, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we will make every effort to work with you to reschedule your rental or provide a credit for a future rental.

We strive to ensure that our customers receive their inflatables in a timely manner so that their events can proceed as planned. Inflatables are typically delivered to customers prior to the start time declared during purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and availability.

We offer free delivery to Austin and the surrounding cities. Additional delivery charges may apply for locations outside of our standard delivery area. If you are unsure whether your location is within our delivery area, please contact us before placing your order.

Our delivery team will arrive at your location at least 30 minutes before your rental time begins to set up the inflatable and ensure everything is in proper working order. At the end of the day, our team will return to take down the inflatable and transport it back to our facility.

Please be aware that unexpected circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment malfunctions may cause delays or cancellations. In the event of a delay or cancellation, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.
